Over the past year, more states have enacted requirements for pay transparency which has sparked interesting conversations about fairness and pay equity. As DEI efforts ramp up and focus more on the equity element of the DEI equation, a lack of awareness and understanding of pay inequity is increasingly becoming a reputational risk for organizations—both internally and externally.

Join us for a conversation with Norma Márquez-Barahona, CEO and Co-Founder of SpeakTu, as we dig deeper into the mechanics and implications of pay equity as well as how effect analysis can reveal pay discrepancies and identify diversity metrics that can be used to tackle issues and identify solutions.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define equity and understand how it impacts recruiting, retention, and workplace morale

  • Identify trends in pay equity, pay transparency, and pay data reporting
