Many firms struggle with “workload compression,” a phenomenon caused by faulty processes in your workflow leading to stress on accountants, clients, and the overall firm dynamic. What if you could at once streamline your efforts, gain tools to maximize efficiency, provide a great client experience, and — most importantly — relieve the stress those common grievances in the 1040 tax workflow process cause?
Join Greg Pope, Vice President of Marketing at SurePrep, and Corey Greene, Senior Product Marketing Manager at Thomson Reuters, as they provide solutions to common 1040 tax workflow pain points. They’ll review the four phases of workflow: Gather, Preparation, Review, and Delivery. By the end of the webcast, you will have knowledge on how to best streamline these phases so you can attract new talent, retain top talent, maximize your profit, gain new clients, and walk away with less stress on your firm.
