In this session, we’ll do a deep dive into tax accounting for the Cannabis industry, including an understanding of IRC codes 280e and 471. We’ll review relevant court cases. Additionally, we’ll discuss accounting best practices to keep your clients out of trouble, while correctly minimizing their tax burden.
