Bryan has over ten years of experience working within the CPA community, with the past seven working exclusively in credits and incentives. Areas of specialty include R&D, Cost Segregation, 179D, federal and state hiring credits, Training Incentives, IC-DISC, Negotiated Incentives, and more. Prior to joining the credits and incentives world, Bryan worked for several years as an ADP Sales Executive, focused on CPA relationships. In the scope of his work over the past ten years, Bryan has worked in dozens of industries, including software, manufacturing, and retail, among others. Clients greatly benefit from his broad knowledge of varying industries, and the credits and incentives available to them. Bryan has many current industry speaking engagements, including nationwide conferences, CPE training, and webinars.

Stephanie specializes in providing federal and state R&D credit services to clients of various sizes in a variety of industries. She has dedicated over 10 years to providing R&D services including tenures at “Big 4,” boutique R&D practices, and as the R&D practice leader of a national accounting firm. She has counselled clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 100 businesses in industries, including, but not limited to, software, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, cosmetics, and aerospace. Her extensive tax controversy experience includes audit examinations, preparing and reviewing protests, IRS Appeals proceedings, and the emendation and defense of studies performed by other providers. Stephanie has also been a regular contributor to R&D tax credit thought leadership through speaking engagements at industry conferences, and the development of CPE webinars, press releases and technical articles on legislative developments.
