Henry Struckel is a Manager in the Business Process and Systems Group at Brown Smith Wallace. His responsibilities include conducting ERP software research and evaluation for manufacturing, distribution, and service companies.

Henry has more than 20 years of experience as a sales consultant, system analyst, and director of support and system implementation in the manufacturing, distribution, and service sectors. His key areas of expertise include:

  • Business Process Requirements Analysis
  • Software Selection and Evaluation
  • ERP Contract Negotiations and Pricing
  • Software Implementation and Project Management
  • Customer Relationship Management

Before joining Brown Smith Wallace, Henry was a software sales consultant and systems analyst for Amtech Software, a software solution provider for the corrugated and folding carton manufacturing industries worldwide. He was responsible for selling comprehensive ERP software to new and existing clients, demonstrating and providing installation support as needed. His specific focus areas included job costing, plant data collection, quality control, and warehouse management functionality in the software. Henry also supervised sales and demonstrations for mobility software, including iPad and iPhone applications for sales automation and electronic signature capture for shipping and logistics.

Henry also spent seven years as the director of support and system implementations for a local Sage Software reseller, which also had its ERP software for the corrugated manufacturing industry. Henry maintained the help desk and implemented more than 200 ERP software installations. He is experienced in quality assurance, on-site and remote training, and technical documentation.

Henry’s background includes a concentration in accounting at The University of Dayton and the University of Missouri – St. Louis.
